Cancellation Policy

Before shipment:

If the item / items that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, then you can call/whats up us on 90------------ OR write to our customer care team on info@beautyaddon.com

After the cancellation request, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refund to you within 48 business hours.

Post shipment:

The item / items that you want to cancel, if that has been shipped but not yet delivered to you, in this case please contact with our Customer care team on info@beautyaddon.com.

In case the item / items that you want to cancel, if that items which has been handed over to the courier company from our side, the courier company may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

The item which has been handed over to the courier company from our side, Once we receive the item/items back and after verifying its packaging and condition, we will refund your money within 48 business hours.

*if discount coupons are used during payment time and that same orders has been cancelled by you then this coupons shall be treated as used.

 

 

RETURNS

Following Categories not eligible for Return:

Products on demand like (eg: lip-gloss, lipsticks, eyeliner, foundation, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned.

Due to hygiene issues personal care products cannot be returned.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

IF product is used

If Product is damaged due to misuse

       If returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, free gifts and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

     Serial Number is tampered

     If request is initiated after 72 hrs. of order delivery

 

How to return

We have ’Easy return policy, wherein request is initiated before 72 hrs. of order delivery.

Partial return can be also accepted.[i.e. if you order for 7 no’s of items and you want only 2 items to be returned ]

1.email need to reach within 72 hrs.

2.your order ID details, image of products, image of invoice, request to return, replace or refund should be provide clearly in email.

Within 3/4 business days we will pick up the products from your mention address.

Once we received product at our end in their original packing with their seal, labels, and barcode in properly intact position then we will start your refund / replacement process.

Replacement

In a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replace product which has been demanded by you may not be available in such cases we will refund you the full amount.

In replacement case also terms and condition of return policy is applicable.

 

i.e.

1. Email need to reach within 72 hrs.

Refunds

We process the refund once the products have been received and verified by expert team at our side.

Once we get OK clearance from our team, Payment will be reflect in your mention account within 4/5 working days.
